For SMEs – Registration of SMEs Employment Subsidies Program
Deadline extended to 20th Nov for registration of SMEs employment subsidies program to be entitled to financial aids in the amount of 3,000 baht per person for 3 months starting from November 2021 to January 2022.
Qualifications
- Private firms must operate within the social security system.
- Not exceeding 200 Thai employees are employed.
Conditions
- The government paid subsidies to maintain employment of Thai employees at 3,000 baht per person per month for 3 months.
- The subsidy will be based on the actual amount of employment and the number of employees who give contributions to the Social Security Fund.
- Employers are required to retain 95% of their employees while participating in the scheme (if less than 95%, no subsidies will be provided that month). If they hire additional employees, they will receive additional subsidies based on the actual amount of employment, not exceeding 5% of the total number of Thai employees at the start of the scheme.
