- Provide proof of employment or legitimate work (e.g., if you’re a YouTuber or social media influencer, you may be asked for details about your followers).

- Work for clients or companies located outside of Thailand
- Thai Soft power related activities
- Must provide a letter of recommendation or proof of enrollment in the soft skill activity such as Martial Arts, Thai Culinary Course , Wellness Retreat or etc.
